The 5-12 Series represents a new standard in high-performance industrial ventilation. These newly designed centrifugal fans are engineered specifically for high-volume smoke exhaust and fume extraction applications. They achieve a superior balance of powerful airflow and operational efficiency, thanks to an aerodynamically optimized impeller and precision-matched motor system. This innovative design ensures maximum energy savings, significantly reducing long-term operating costs while maintaining reliable and robust performance in demanding environments. Built for durability and ease of maintenance, the 5-12 Series is the ideal, energy-conscious solution for factories, welding shops, and commercial kitchens requiring effective smoke management.

Product Features

Capable of outputting higher outlet pressure while providing more gas flow with lower noise. Stable operation at higher media temperatures.
Fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.
Motor sliding guides are provided for easy tensioning of the belt to reduce energy loss due to belt slack.
Bearing housing is reserved for temperature and vibration sensor mounting positions, for convenient installation of fan operation monitoring devices.
Uses liquid lubricant, eliminating the need to open the bearing housing to replace and fill oil. The bearing housing includes an observation window for easy monitoring of lubricating oil quality and quantity.
Bearing housing uses a labyrinth mechanical seal with a unique leak-proof oil design inside, a vent hole at the top, and sealant on the joint, completely eliminating oil leakage possibilities.
Impeller is annealed to completely eliminate internal stress generated during welding, ensuring the impeller doesn't undergo creep and cracks.
Impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable fan operation.
All products undergo running and vibration value tests after production for reliable operation.
